Carlton has been investing in various locations throughout Hong Kong, the majority of our core fixed-assets lie in Tsim Sha Tsui. After the very first few property investments on Haiphong Road and Canton Road in the 1970s, Carlton has remained a consistent investor and observer of the real estate markets in the surrounding area. As Tsim Sha Tsui remains predominantly a tertiary sector from colonial days to present, we believe that there are still great opportunities to be exploited within and around the area.
With effective communications and support from different professionals, Carlton continues to refine our approach in acquiring the most suitable properties within our capacity, and subsequently work closely with potential tenants to achieve the best possible mutual benefits for all parties.
