Joseph Fu
Started as a furniture retailer in his early teens, Joseph had trading operations in South East Asia and Africa. With factories and production units in China and Thailand, he purchased his very first prime location property on Canton Road back in the 1970s. As market conditions changed from 2002, Joseph started to divert his focus onto commercial retail property investments in prime locations. He started on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, and has now diversified onto another major secondary prime location, Granville Road within the same region.

Vice Chairman & CEO
Alexander Fu
Alexander joined Carlton Group in 2012 and he has been working closely with the property and investment teams on both fixed and financial assets portfolios. He obtained his Undergraduate Degree in BSc Management and PGDip in Economics, both from University of Manchester, followed by MSc International Real Estate in Planning from University College of London (UCL). He has been working closely with outsourced architects, hotel designers, leasing agents, and various professionals together with the internal teams throughout the company’s ongoing projects.

Chief Financial Officer
Roy Chan
Roy graduated from University of British Columbia, Vancouver in Canada with an Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and attained Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. He also had years of experience in Big 4 with focus in deal advisory, IPO, M&A, deal advisory and execution. He oversees all matters related to taxation, financial reporting, internal audit and loan financing. He also works on the strategic financial repositioning of the group’s portfolio in both Hong Kong and overseas.

Jeffrey Lee
Jeffrey joined Carlton Group in 1996. With a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan, Jeffrey first joined as a manager and handled timber-trading operations between China and Africa. As Carlton's business began to grow and started to diversify, his role in operations started to expand into areas covering property investments. He has been most actively involved in different projects including taking parts in conceptualising hotel establishments on Granville Road and Hillwood Road. He liaises with contractors, architects, designers and real estate agents who Carlton outsourced. Jeffrey takes on the role of Senior Business Development Manager from 2022 to explore the different projects and developments that Carlton has in the pipeline.

Jack Ng
Jack joins us as Property and Leasing Manager with a proven track record in the successful pre-opening and launch of three new properties. With a rich background spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry, he has developed exceptional expertise in property management, project coordination, and stakeholder relations. His career progression from frontline roles to senior management has equipped him with a deep operational understanding and a sharp eye for detail. Jack is passionate about leveraging his strategic leasing acumen and dynamic leadership to enhance property performance and drive outstanding business results.

Chris Lam
Chris joined our company in 2015 as a key member of the hotel’s pre-opening team and was promoted to Operations Manager - Revenue in 2022. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry across various departments, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations. In his current role, he oversees daily functions, drives service excellence, and leads team performance to support the hotel’s long-term success.
