The main provisions such as staircases and internal lift remain at the flagship store. UNIBUY took over the same area from B/F to 3/F. All structural matters and the facade design were approved previously during HUGO BOSS’s lease, hence UNIBUY took over and commenced their operations relatively seamlessly upon handing over of the premises.
