No.29A Granville Road is the first commercial property re-development project that Carlton has participated in. We demolished the existing building upon acquisition and have re-developed it into a 17-storey mixed used commercial property with a mixture of tenants including F&B, hotel ad retail. The G/F is leased to Watson’s and the area net useable area is approximately 2,100 sq.ft.

Located on the 1/F and 2/F of Soravit on Granville hotel, Chili Party is a Si-Chuan restaurant that serves popular spicy food catered to both locals and tourists. We assisted and provided the tenant with sufficient support on obtaining the F&B license as well as visible protruding signage displays that have boosted a great number of human traffic to the location.
