Carlton has assisted Hugo Boss throughout the whole façade submission process, obtaining approvals for connecting staircases for the 5 floors (B/F to 3/F), as well as protruding signage as part of our landlord’s provisions. 

 

Being one of the first few investors who speculated the potential that could be achieved on this end of the street has truly given Carlton an advantage in witnessing not only the drastic changes in the lease agreements that this specific property has been experiencing, but also the changes to its surrounding area which act as a synergy. For example, the high speed railway linking Hong Kong to mainland China, which is 10-min walking distance away is due to be completed in 2015. Such implementation in public transports will undoubtedly add to the pull factors when international brands continue to strive for big size and multiple-storey flagship stores.

UNIBUY (2024-Present)
     122 - 126 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

One of the few major parallel-imported luxury retailers, UNIBUY took over the premises from December 2024 onwards. The main provisions such as staircases and internal lift remain at the flagship store. UNIBUY took over the same area from B/F to 3/F. All structural matters and the facade design were approved previously during HUGO BOSS’s lease, hence UNIBUY took over and commenced their operations relatively seamlessly upon handing over of the premises.
