Previously operated by the GI MALL, Carlton has transformed this property after its acquisition and consequently leased it out to an Australian retailer, Cotton On for their new flagship store in Hong Kong. We believe that given the large frontage, facade and gross area, this particular property is best being leased out to a single international fashion brand. Currently Cotton On uses the first floor and second floor for women fashion, third floor for men section, and fourth floor for babies wear. We consider this as an enhancement to the previous structure and tenant-mix as we have gone from a hand-full of out-of-placed tenants to one solid international fashion retailer.
