Tai Hing leased the B/F and G/F of No.20 Granville Road from October, 2024 onwards. The size of the restaurant is approximately 5,375 square feet with the kitchen and a VIP room located at the basement, and an open-seating area on the ground floor. The previous staircases connecting G/F to 1/F at the NIKE flagship store were demolished.

Both 1/F and 2/F with an internal staircase consisting of approximately 7,528 square ft. of space were leased to Anytime Fitness for their gym operations. The previous NIKE facade was removed, and all the see-through glass panels were cleared for the tenant’s usage.
