Haidilao leased the 1/F and 2/F of Soravit Hotel from April, 2025. The restaurant consists of approximately 4,369 square ft of space with open-seating area on the 1/F and a number of private rooms on the 2/F. There is a private lift from the G/F of Granville for the tenant’s usage. The restaurant premises can also be accessed by the two hotel lifts.
